Both TVK and Slovnaft Petrochemicals have commercial relations in Western European countries dated back to years.

Development of the market situation, expanding capacities, widening customer range and growing customer expectations made it reasonable for TVK to increase the portion of export sales and establish local offices. That’s why the first foreign trade office was opened in 1994 in Milano. Afterwards, TVK’s subsidiaries were established in London, Frankfurt, Paris, Wiener-neustadt, at the beginning jointly owned with our foreign partners. The subsidiaries now 100% owned by MOL have distributed not only the products of TVK but the those of the polymer business units of Slovnaft Petrochemicals, other member of MOL Group, in the given countries since 2004.
