Up, up and away to success! Sándor Végh, member of the TVK-Balloon Team, who won silver at the 2004 European Championships, and performed outstanding feats both as a participant and organiser, is getting ready for the 2006 World Cup.

Sándor Végh, member of the TVK-Balloon Team, prepared for the 2005 European Hot-Air Balloon Championships, held in Debrecen, by playing extraordinary dual rôle.

Our balloonist was a success both as competitor and organiser

The balloonist, who won silver at the 2004 European Championships, delivered an outstanding performance, not only as a participant, but also as an organiser, based on the very positive feedback from the relevant associations. As a balloonist, he ranked 9th out of the 81 competitors from 24 countries.

The 2006 TVK Balloon Team schedule

After participating in the Pacific Ocean Championships held in Japan, in November 2005, where he ranked 22nd, Sándor Végh is getting prepared to achieve excellence in the 3rd Round of the Honda World Cup, to be held in Motegi, Japan. This competition, considered a world championship training event, is designed to prepare balloonists for the 2006 World Cup. We wish him every success!
