We found a subsidiary company in Ukraine

The company founded a new foreign trade company in Ukraine. Our company was informed, that TVK Ukrajna was registered on January 17, 2006, with a seat in Kiev, and an issued capital of hrivnya 33,995.89 (EUR 5,770). TVK Ukrajna is 100% owned by TVK, and sells polymer products produced by TVK and Slovnaft, a.s. in Ukraine.

The aim of founding a new company is to create direct existence in the Ukraine market that having strategic importance.

This step was necessary because of the expanding market and the fact that we became a significant participant in the region - said Mr. László Piry, Deputy CEO, Polymer Marketing and Sales - Due to the foundation of the new company, the contact with the customers will considerably improve, the logistical costs will be more optimum and we will be able to provide our partners with more serious technical support.
