The Board of Directors of Tiszai Vegyi Kombinát Company Limited by Shares hereby informs its shareholders and the players of the capital market, that the following members of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board resigned from membership with effect from the date of the Annual General Meeting, to be held on April 28, 2005.
