Tiszai Vegyi Kombinát Rt. hereby informs its shareholders and the players of the capital market about the resolutions of the April 29, 2004 Annual General Meeting held at Danubius Thermal Hotel Margitsziget. The GM had a quorum where the shareholders present were entitled to cast 20,468,426 votes all together represented 83.81% of the Company's shares.
