Announcement about the publication of the stock exchange report of TVK Rt. for Q3 2004

Tiszai Vegyi Kombinát Rt. hereby informs its shareholders and capital market participants that the company’s Stock Exchange Report made according to the requirements of the 19.2.1. point of the „Budapest Stock Exchange Regulation for Listing, Continued Trading and Disclosure” has been prepared and will be available for review from November 12, 2004 on the information system of Budapest Stock Exchange (www.bse.hu), and on the website of the company (www.tvk.hu). The stock exchange report will be available for distribution between November 12, 2004 and April 30, 2005 at the Legal Department, at the seat of the company (H-3581 Tiszaújváros, TVK-Industrial site, Gyári út, Hungary, at the Central Office, room 513) every working day between 9 am and 3 pm.
