Announcement about the publication of the quick report of TVK Rt. for H1 2004

Tiszai Vegyi Kombinát Rt. informs its shareholders and players of the capital market that the company's Quick Report for H1 2004 has been completed. TVK Rt.'s Quick Report for H1 2004, according to the requirements of Tpt. 52.§ (1) paragraph, will be available for review and for distribution between August 13, 2004 and December 31, 2004 at the Legal Department, at the seat of the company (H-3581 Tiszaújváros, TVK-Ipartelep, Gyári út, Hungary) every working day between 9 am and 3 pm. The Quick Report, prepared according to the requirements of Tpt. 52.§ (5) paragraph, will be published on August 13, 2004 in Magyar Tőkepiac and Napi Gazdaság.

TVK Rt.'s Stock Exchange Report made according to the requirements of the 19.2.1. point of the "Budapest Stock Exchange Regulation for Listing, Continued Trading and Disclosure", will be available for review from August 13, 2004 on the information system of Budapest Stock Exchange (www.bse.hu), and on the website of the company (www.tvk.hu). The stock exchange report will be available for distribution between August 13, 2004 and December 31, 2004 at the Legal Department, at the seat of the company (H-3581 Tiszaújváros, TVK-Ipartelep, Gyári út, Hungary) every working day between 9 am and 3 pm.
