Announcement about shareholder structure

Tiszai Vegyi Kombinát Ltd. informs its shareholders and the players of the capital market that after the dematerialisation of TVK ordinary shares on September 13, 2004, the Company applied for shareholder identification of KELER Rt., for the sake of the actualisation of the Share Register. After the conversion of TVK ordinary shares into dematerialized shares the current shareholder structure of the Company is as in document attached.
