Announcement about personnel change

Tiszaújváros, December 15, 2004.

The Board of Directors of Tiszai Vegyi Kombinát Rt. informs its shareholders and the representatives of the capital market that, with full appreciation of his activity, accepted termination of appointment of Mr. Zalán Bács as chief financial officer by December 31st, 2004. Mr. Zalán Bács will remain member of the Board of TVK Rt. and pursue his work for the MOL Group. From January 1 of 2005. on, new chief financial officer of TVK Rt. will be Mr Tivadar Vályi Nagy, having been active up to that time as senior controlling manager of TVK Rt.
