Extraordinary announcement about disposal

Tiszai Vegyi Kombinát Rt. herby informs its shareholders and the players of the capital market that on October 1, 2003 the sale of its business share representing 69% ownership in Inno Comp Kft. was completed. The business share was purchased by Inno-Comp Equity Kereskedelmi és Ipari Kft, which was created for this purpose. TVK Rt. jointly with the Swiss-based PCG Polyconsult A.G established Inno Comp Kft in December 1998. The company develops, produces and sells special thermoplastic compounds. After the transaction the minority owner remained PCG Polyconsult A.G. Jointly with signing the agreement TVK Rt. and Inno Comp Kft. signed a long-term raw material supply contract, according to which TVK supplies granule raw materials to the Kft for 10 years as from January 1, 2004. As the company seated at TVK’s industrial site, so the parties signed the necessary relevant long-term service agreements as well. The transaction makes no significant impact on the results in TVK Rt’s reports.
