Extraordinary announcement about selling trading subsidiaries

TVK Plc. hereby informs its shareholders and capital market participants that for the interest of TVK Plc. and MOL Group, using the synergies at MOL Group, TVK Plc has sold two 100% consolidated foreign trade subsidiaries to MOL Plc. The selling transactions will have no significant impact on TVK Plc’s financial results.
