Extraordinary announcement about change in nameplate capacities of the production facilities

Tisza Chemical Group Public Limited Company (TVK Plc.) hereby informs its shareholders and capital market participants that as a consequence of start-up experiences, warranty improvements, and smaller technology modifications that did not required significant financial forces, and as a result of using modern process control equipments (APC) the actual expected annual nameplate capacities of TVK Plc’s Olefin-2 and HDPE-2 Plants are higher than as originally planned. As a result of these, the capacities of the production facilities changed as follows:
