Other notice - Partial breakdown at TVK due to electrical failure

Tisza Chemical Group Public Limited Company (TVK Plc.) hereby informs its shareholders and capital market participants that on August 11, 2008 due to an electrical failure of the 120 kV national grid there was a trouble for a couple of seconds at the electrical supply of TVK’s Plants. Due to the short failure of the power system most production facilities had to be stopped. Most plants were restarted and the normal operation will be recovered at the end of the week.
