Notice on the application in connection with registration to the share register

The Board of Directors of Tisza Chemical Group Public Limited Company (TVK Plc.) (H-3581 Tiszaújváros, TVK Ipartelep, Gyári street, registration number: 05-10-000065) hereby informs its shareholders and capital market participants that the representatives of ING Bank Zrt. (H-1068, Budapest, Dózsa György út 84/b.; registration number: 01-10-041684) as the share account keeper of MOL Magyar Olaj- és Gázipari Nyilvánosan Működő Részvénytársaság (H-1117 Budapest, Október huszonharmadika u. 18.; registration number: 01-10-041683; hereinafter: MOL Plc.), forwarded an application to the Board of Directors in connection with the registration to the Share Register. According to the information of ING Bank Zrt., on 27 February 2007, 7,666,850 pieces and on 28 February 2007, 2,595,263 pieces of TVK Plc. shares were transferred to the share account of MOL Plc. kept by ING Bank Zrt.
