Extraordinary announcement on changes of the shareholders owned more than 5% stake
Tisza Chemical Group Public Limited Company (TVK Plc.) hereby informs its shareholders and capital market participants that the shareholders owning more than 5% stake registered in TVK’s Share Register changed.
MOL Hungarian Oil and Gas Public Limited Company (H-1117 Budapest, Október huszonharmadika u. 18., Hungary) shareholding in TVK’s Share Register increased from 44,55% to 94,86% as of March 05, 2007. The stake of Slovnaft, a.s. (subsidiary of MOL Plc) remained unchanged (8.06%). The direct and indirect influence of MOL Plc. in TVK Plc. increased to 94.86%.
CE Oil & Gas Beteiligung und Verwaltung AG (A-1010 Wien, Tegetthoffstraße 7, Austria) stake in TVK decreased from 31.56% to 0% as of March 05, 2007.
