Extraordinary announcement on the resolution of the Supervisory Board
Tisza Chemical Group Public Limited Company (TVK Plc.) hereby informs its shareholders and capital market participants that on TVK Plc.’s Supervisory Board meeting, hold on June 22, 2007 the members of the Supervisory Board elected Mr. László Gyurovszky to be the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, and Mr. Tamás Magyar, employee representative, to be the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board. According to the above changes the Company’s Supervisory Board members are as follows:

On TVK Plc.’s Audit Committee meeting, hold on June 22, 2007, the three members committee elected Mr. László Gyurovszky to be the Chairman of the Audit Committee, and dr. Bakacsi Gyula to be the Deputy Chairman of the Audit Committee.

Dr. Gyula Bakacsi is the head of department, professor, at the Corvinus University of Budapest, Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Organisational Theory. He is the rector of the Sapientia Hungarian University of Transylvania and head of department, professor of the Faculty of Economics and Human Sciences, Business Sciences. He is the chairman of the Economics Sciences Professional Committee of the National Scientific Student Association. He is a corporate member of the Local Government of Martonvásár. From 2005, he is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the PEMŰ Zrt.
Mr. László Gyurovszky is the Member of Parliament of the Slovak Republic, and as a representative he takes part in the work of the Budget and Finance Committee of the Parliament. As a Member of the Parliament of the Slovak Republic, took part in implementing the reforms of the Slovakian Economy. He was the Minister of the Regional Development and Construction of the Slovak Government.
Mr. György Bíró is the director of Civil Sciences Institution of the Faculty of Law, at the University of Miskolc. He is head of department of the Faculty of Civil Law, at the University of Miskolc. He is the deputy chairman of the Bar of Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén County.
