Tisza Chemical Group Public Limited Company (TVK Plc.) hereby informs its shareholders and capital market participants that as from August 1, 2007 Mr. János Bóta is the director of Petrochemical Technology and Project Development of TVK Plc. Mr. Bóta does not hold any TVK shares.

Dr. Gábor Nagy will continue his career at TVK Plc’s Petrochemical Technology and Project Development as technology-development manager.
