Tisza Chemical Group Public Limited Company (TVK Plc.) hereby informs its shareholders and capital market participants that in accordance with Article 34 of Capital Market Act No. CXX of 2001, and in accordance with the resolution of the Annual General Meeting, held on April 19, 2007, the company fulfils its announcement obligation from 20 April 2007 to the following channels: the home page of the company (www.tvk.hu), on the home page of the Budapest Stock Exchange (www.bse.hu) and on the home page of the London Stock Exchange (www.londonstockexchange.com).

Please note that in the future the company will not disclose its extraordinary and other announcement in the Magyar Tőkepiac gazette.
