Notice on the publication of the Annual Report for year 2006 of TVK Plc.

Tisza Chemical Group Public Limited Company (TVK Plc.) hereby informs its shareholders and capital market participants that the company’s Annual Report for the business year of 2006 has been completed.

TVK Plc’s Annual Report for 2006, prepared according to the requirements of Law on Capital Markets (Tpt.) 52.§ (1) paragraph, and TVK Plc’s Stock Exchange Annual Report prepared according to the requirements of the article 18.2.2. of the „Budapest Stock Exchange Regulation for Listing, Continued Trading and Disclosure”, will be available for review and for distribution between April 20, 2007 and April 30, 2008 at the Legal Department, at the seat of the company (H-3581 Tiszaújváros, TVK-Ipartelep, Gyári út, Hungary) every working day between 9 am and 3 pm.

The Annual Report, prepared according to the requirements of Tpt. 52.§ (1) paragraph, and the Stock Exchange Annual Report will be available for review from April 20, 2007 on the website of Budapest Stock Exchange (www.bse.hu), and on the website of TVK Plc. (www.tvk.hu).
