Extraordinary notice on listing TVK ordinary shares

Tisza Chemical Group Public Limited Company (TVK Plc.) (H-3581 Tiszaújváros, TVK Industrial Site, Gyári Street, Hungary; registration number: 05-10-000065) hereby informs its shareholders and capital market participants that in accordance with the resolution No. 226/2006 of the CEO of the Budapest Stock Exhange Ltd., as a consequence of the conversion of TVK employee shares 56,000 pieces registered TVK ordinary shares with a total HUF 56,560,000 nominal value was listed to the Budapest Stock Exchange within the already listed series of 24,234,843 pieces TVK ordinary shares as of August 3, 2006. As a result, the number of TVK ordinary shares listed on the stock exchange increased from 24,234,843 to 24,290,843.
