Extraordinary notice on registration of reduction of share capital with the court of registration

Tiszai Vegyi Kombinát Public Limited Company (TVK Plc.) (H-3581 Tiszaújváros, TVK Industrial Site, Gyári Street, Hungary; registration number: 05-10-000065) informs its shareholders and capital market participants that the Borsod-Abaúj Zemplén Country Court, acting as Court of Registration in its decree dated 26 July, 2006 registered the Company’s capital reduction from HUF 24,666,191,430 to HUF 24,533,751,430 with the redemption of 132,440 employee’s shares, as approved by the Company’s 2006 Annual General Meeting held on 20 April 2006.
