Extraordinary notice on closing the liquidittion process of TVK Austria GmbH

Tiszai Vegyi Kombinát Public Limited Company (TVK Plc.) (H-3581 Tiszaújváros, TVK Industrial Site, Gyári Street, Hungary; registration number: 05-10-000065) informs its shareholders and capital market participants that as a result of the liquidation of TVK Plc’s consolidated subsidiary, TVK Austria Kunststoff Vertriebs GmbH (A-2700 Wiener-Neustadt, Molkereistrasse 4., Austria, registration number: FN 177851x) the Court of Registration with its resolution dated July 17, 2006 and received on July 25, 2006, cancelled the company from the Trade Register as of July 18, 2006, and the liquidation process was closed. MOL Austria GmbH took over the activity of TVK Austria GmbH, it  sells the polymer products in Austria.

The process will have no significant impact on TVK Plc’s financial results.
