Notice on the Publication of the Flash Report for Year 2005 of TVK Ltd

Tisza Chemical Group Company Limited by Shares (TVK Ltd.) hereby informs its shareholders and capital market participants that the company’s Annual Report for the business year of 2005 has been completed.

TVK Ltd’s Annual Report for 2005, according to the requirements of Law on Capital Markets (Tpt.) 52.§ (1) paragraph, will be available for review and for distribution between April 21, 2006 and April 30, 2007 at the Legal Department, at the seat of the company (H-3581 Tiszaújváros, TVK-Ipartelep, Gyári út, Hungary) every working day between 9 am and 3 pm. The Annual Report, prepared according to the requirements of Tpt. 52.§ (1) paragraph, will be published on April 21, 2006 in Magyar Tőkepiac.

TVK Ltd’s Stock Exchange Annual Report made according to the requirements of the article 18.2.2. of the „Budapest Stock Exchange Regulation for Listing, Continued Trading and Disclosure”, will be available for review from April 21, 2006 on the website of Budapest Stock Exchange (www.bse.hu), and on the website of the company (www.tvk.hu). The stock exchange annual report will be available for distribution between April 21, 2006 and April 30, 2007 at the Legal Department, at the seat of the company (H-3581 Tiszaújváros, TVK-Ipartelep, Gyári út, Hungary) every working day between 9 am and 3 pm.
