Notice on the publication of the Flash Report for Q1 2006 of TVK Rt.

Tiszai Vegyi Kombinát Részvénytársaság (TVK Rt.) hereby informs its shareholders and capital market participants that the company’s Flash Report for Q1 2006, made according to the requirements of the Section 18.2.1. of the „Budapest Stock Exchange Regulation for Listing, Continued Trading and Disclosure” has been prepared, and will be available for review from May 12, 2006 on the website of the Budapest Stock Exchange (www.bse.hu), and on the website of the company (www.tvk.hu). The flash report will be available for distribution between May 12, 2006 and December 31, 2006 at the Legal Department, at the seat of the company (H-3581 Tiszaújváros, TVK-Ipartelep, Gyári út, Hungary, at the Central Office, room 513) every working day between 9 am and 3 pm.
