TVK observes regulations on working hours and acknowledges employees’ right to rest, free time and regular paid leave. At TVK, illegal employment or dead bargains are non-existent.

In order to reserve health of our employees, within the framework of medical services, we offer regular check-ups and examinations free of charge. As a member of MOL Group, our company joined the “Take a step for your health” program of the Group, intending to improve the medical condition of the employees within a series of steps identified for five years in advance, thereby encouraging active participation of the employees.

In addition, TVK spends on ensuring regular sports opportunities for its employees, within that, TVK provides sports fields and sports halls depending on weather conditions and the respective season, on a regular basis (table tennis, ball games etc.).
